If you’re like me and occasionally get into fitness slumps (for me more than occasionally the past year) then you surely feel frustrated from time to time. While sitting on the couch, again if you’re like me, you engage in self critical activities which don’t help the situation at all:
You check your arms for flabbiness and swear you are grabbing too much.
You grab your gut and swear you will get rid of it. Or,
You get winded on a flight of stairs… which is quite annoying if you ask me.
It just so happens that sometimes you need a little jump start. And doing the same workout you did before might not excite you enough to take action. If this is you, then I have an idea - try an unconventional workout…and preferably a simple one.
