We offer our clients a simple planning flow: Organization + Advice & Planning + Accountability = Achievement.
We start with your Financial Roadmap(R) where we crystalize your most important goals which in accomplishing them helps you maintain and realize your most deeply held values.
We follow this by benchmarking your current financial situation thoroughly, and then getting you organized as we develop and implement your plan.
Our 10 Client Deliverables are performed each year through the diligence of over 120 checklist points and include:

Our investment strategy encompasses a thorough investment profile analysis. Our goal is to cater our recommended portfolio and strategy to your unique situation with the objective of putting you in position to achieve your goal with the least amount of risk.
We examine your asset allocation and strategy using the Procedural Prudence Map (TM) to help make sure your path to financial freedom has been tested for various risks to make it as “anti-fragile” as possible.
Comprehensive Planning
Chris has assembled an experienced and highly credentialed Deliverables Team of experts to help make sure our clients’ plans are optimized. Our expert team includes:
2 CPAs for tax prep and forecasting
2 JD estate planning attorneys and 1 JD with an expertise in rental law for our real estate investing clients.
1 MSW/LCSW with expertise in healthcare and Medicare (for you and /or your parents).
1 CSA with expertise in finding the ideal retirement community for your downsizing parents.
1 CIC and a his full team with liability insurance expertise. Our clients own many assets that need to be protected.
2 CBRs to help with purchasing and selling real estate.

Accountability
This is the key. We often know what needs to be done. But who is going to do it, and who is going to make sure all the small pieces are adding up to the finished product?
Chris and his team help keep you accountable to your goals, and your team and financial institutions accountable to you and your plan. It’s that simple. That’s what our Deliverables is all about.
Our Fees
Our clients like the simplicity of our flat fee advisor arrangement. For 2023, our annual fee is $15,000 for our WHA Family Office Service (everything included). These services are most appropriate for clients with net worth over $3M or annual combined income over $400,000.
For clients with simpler situations, we offer a Friends and Family fee plan starting at $3,000 flat per annum. (limited availability due to capacity constraints)
We do not accept referral fees from other professionals. Note that Chris’ company Walnut Hill Advisors is also a licensed Insurance Producer in MA and earns commissions on policies put in force in the areas of life insurance, long term care insurance, disability insurance, etc. (this revenue is credited toward the fee of our WHA Family Office Clients).
